working in

Applied Mathematics: Multiscale Modelling, Analysis, and Scientific Computing in Mathematical Biology and Medicine

with 4 main areas of significant research interest:
(1) multiscale moving boundary computational modelling and analysis of cancer invasion within fibrous extracellular matrix environment;
(2) spatio-temporal-structural modelling and analysis of tissue dynamics;
(3) multiscale modelling of cancer – oncolytic virus dynamic interactions;
(4) inverse problems, focused on data assimilation in biological and clinical modelling.
